Work was dead. Just simply dead. There was nothing major that happened and took a total of ten calls from clients all week. I went to one site the whole week just to fix a monitor issue, the VGA cord needed to be replaced, and to move one computer. Simply, the week was easy money for sitting around most of the week. So as a replacement of not having content to write about, I will discuss the work I did on the weekend instead.
For the longest time, my house has had at least 8 people living in it. Finally and recently, the side of my family cramming the house, my aunts side, is moving out. So this weekend, it was moving time. So I helped them moving their furniture through tiny doorways and hallways as well as nearly being steamrolled by a dresser falling down stairs. Also, my uncle is a carpenter and the new porch is pretty rickety. So on Sunday me and my uncle lugged wood and completely redid the porch. Was a major pain especially needing to deal with the rusted and crooked nails and wood.
You would think that because it was slow at work, I could slip in some movie and homework time in but I was unable to, leaving it to after work and in between classes. Having the amount of homework I have had, I could not watch a movie to give a rookie review on here for blogging content.
Hi Adam! Why aren’t you pursuing a career in IT? Or are you?! Just curious because you are clearly taking an English course, but you seem so into IT and it seems that you’re really good at it! I have a friend who owns IT Vortex and him and his coworkers make good money and they are always busy and working!
Your life seems pretty busy at the moment with so many people living in your house! I’m sure your new porch looks great though! So you’re an IT guy and your handy and you’re taking English courses! You are a man of all trades!
